Christ the King Parish Mashpee

WELCOME - Christ the King Parish in Mashpee, Massachusetts on Cape Cod is a vibrant community of faith proclaiming the kingship of Jesus Christ and promoting the reign of God through our faithful worship, our unwavering witness and our charitable works. Our parish provides many opportunities for people of all ages to enrich and express their Catholic Christian faith through ongoing formation and participation as volunteers in many organized liturgical, catechetical, and pastoral ministries as well as social activities. The parish is especially well known for the weekly Food Pantry managed by the members of the St. Vincent de Paul Society which serves the poor of the wider local community. The parish also operates a popular Thrift Store on Route 28 in Cotuit which is always in need of, and benefits greatly from, the volunteers who staff it. Most of the many activities of the parish are housed in a contemporary yet traditional New England style complex situated above Mashpee Commons which includes a main church, a chapel, a parish hall and library as well as classroom and meeting spaces which are also open to self-help and other community organizations. All that we do as a parish draws us to and flows from the celebration of the Eucharist which is at the very heart of our community of faith; please accept our sincere invitation to join with us in prayer and praise in the liturgy of Word and Sacrament that we call Mass on Sundays or on weekdays.

While we are accustomed to welcoming visitors to this region of Cape Cod and always happy to do so, we are especially pleased when some among them decide to become members. If you are registering through the App someone from the parish will call you to extend a welcome. If you live on Cape Cod only part of the year, you too are welcome to register and take part in the various ministries/organizations during the months that you reside on Cape Cod.
